Dotori ID Photo Maker

com.droidactor.idphoto

Choose what the photo is for, take or select one portrait, and crop it to Korean passport, driver’s license, resident registration card or general photo sizes. The face is checked on your device, and you decide the final framing before saving to your gallery or a 4 × 6 print sheet.

What it does

Choose the purpose

Pick a Korean passport, driver’s license or resident registration card photo, or a general 35 × 45 mm or 30 × 40 mm photo. Passport, license and ID card sizes follow Korean government guidance; the general 35 × 45 mm and 30 × 40 mm sizes are convenience presets of the app, not an official standard.

Take or choose a photo

Use the front or back camera with a face guide and a 3-second timer, or select a photo with the system picker. Before editing, the app checks that exactly one face is in the photo.

Crop it yourself

Drag the top and bottom handles to set the photo edges, and drag inside the frame to move it; the aspect ratio for the purpose is kept. The starting frame leaves room above the head and below the chin, and you confirm the framing and photo rules before saving.

Backgrounds

Passport, license and ID card photos always keep the original background: the Korean passport rules forbid editing the background, the driver’s license rules forbid edited or composited photos, and the app applies the same rule to ID card photos. General photos can switch the background to white or light blue.

Save and print

Save a JPEG to your gallery. Passport and license files are 413 × 531 pixels and 500 KB or smaller for online submission. A 4 × 6 inch print sheet with cut marks holds six 35 × 45 mm or nine 30 × 40 mm photos.

On-device processing

Face detection and background processing run on the device with models bundled in the app, so no model is downloaded. No account, and no developer-operated photo server.

Known limits

Check the framing and the rules of the office you submit to. The app does not measure head length or guarantee that a photo will be accepted — for a Korean passport, check yourself that the crown (excluding hair) to chin measures 32–36 mm. It handles one person per photo and Korean sizes only, does not remove the background of ID photos, and provides no beauty filters or retouching. Print the sheet at actual size without scaling or cropping.

Privacy

A photo shows a person’s face. Photos are processed on the device and are not uploaded for processing or passed to advertising requests. A photo you take or choose is copied to temporary app storage only until it is decoded, and the temporary file is then removed; the photo being edited stays in memory only. Working photos are excluded from backup and device transfer. Saving writes a new JPEG to your gallery without the original photo’s metadata, such as GPS location; saved photos stay in the gallery until you delete them there. ML Kit diagnostics and AdMob/UMP have separate data practices.
